Need help?

Thank you for finding us.

The Mt. Juliet Help Center offers client choice grocery and hygiene product assistance, as well as emergency utility assistance and free clothing. You are eligible if you live in our service area: west Wilson County from Highway 109 to the Davidson County Line. Please click below to learn more about each type of service that we offer.

Households in our service area (west Wilson County from Hwy 109 to the Davidson County line) can receive client choice groceries and hygiene items (including meat, milk, eggs, produce, bread, and toilet paper) up to twelve times per year. Visits must be spaced at least one month apart. Proof of address dated within the previous 30 days for EACH ADULT in your household must be presented each time groceries are requested.

On your first visit you will fill out a short application. Then you will be able to fill out a food list, choosing what you would like to receive. While our volunteers are putting together your grocery order, you’re welcome to wait in your car or to help yourself to any of the free food, clothing, or other items in the lobby. We’ll let you know when your order is finished, and volunteers will meet you in the parking lot to help load up your vehicle.

Open Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 12:30pm. No appointments necessary.
It does take a few minutes to pull together each individualized order,
so it is greatly appreciated if you’re able to come no later than 12:15.

Households in our service area (west Wilson County from Hwy 109 to the Davidson County line) are eligible for emergency utility assistance. The Mt. Juliet Help Center may assist on a limited financial basis with electric, natural gas, water, or sewer bills when the account is past due or in danger of experiencing a service interruption. Please bring a copy of the most recent bill with you, or be prepared to pull it up on your phone to send it to us for printing.

PLEASE reach out to us as soon as possible if you think your service might be disconnected soon.
There might be more options available to you, but you will need time to explore them and take the necessary steps before it’s too late.
